  About STM Publishing Group

STM Publishing Group Ltd (STM) is a publishing company specializing in the open-accessed peer-reviewed journals in medicine. All journals published by STM maintain the highest standards of ethical and scientific standards. Our main aim is to facilitate the discovery of connections between clinical and basic research. STM is run as a partnership between in-house scientific and copyediting staff and international Editorial Boards, ensuring fast, fair, and professional peer review. STM encourages full and transparent reporting of all research, with higher impact and wider visibility though open access and vigorously promotion.

  About Publishing House of Neural Regeneration Research

Neural Regeneration Research (SCI-E Indexed, 2017 IF: 1.769) is a peer-reviewed open-accessed journal published with monthly. NRR aims to duly report the prospective, creative, and popular basic and clinical research in the international field of neuroregeneration. NRR focuses on rapidly publishing the articles pertaining to brain injury, spinal cord injury, peripheral nerve injury, neurodegenerative diseases, and neuroimaging, which reflect the latest progress in neuroregeneration research, and aims to highlight the unique scientific characteristics of each article.   About the Journal

Clinical Trials in Orthopedic Disorders (CTOD) is an open access, peer-reviewed, online journal with Quarterly print on demand compilation of issues published. It covers clinical trials, research, therapeutics and education for all aspects of orthopedic disorders. We publish articles on general trial methodology as well as protocols, commentaries and traditional results papers - regardless of outcome or significance of findings.

The Journal aims to experiment with, and refine, innovative approaches to improving standardized reporting of trials. CTOD promises fair, rigorous peer review, broad scope, and wide readership among peers and societies.

Taking advantage of online publication, we welcome investigators and researchers to provide not only all outcome measures, as well as varying analyses and interpretations, but also in-depth descriptions of what they did and what they learnt. This sharing of direct experience is fundamental to improving the quality and conduct of trials worldwide.

This is an open access journal, and articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 License, which allows others to remix, tweak, and build upon the work non-commercially, as long as appropriate credit is given and the new creations are licensed under the identical terms.

Digital Archiving

Wolters Kluwer Medknow provides for long-term digital preservation through two primary partnerships, Portico and CLOCKSS.

Portico is a leading digital preservation service worldwide. The content is preserved as an archival version and is not publically accessible via Portico, but is provided when required under specific conditions, such as discontinuation of the collection or catastrophic failure of the website.

CLOCKSS will enable any library to maintain their own archive of content from Wolters Kluwer Medknow and other publishers, with minimal technical effort and using cheaply available hardware.

Ahead of Print policy

Articles published online under the Ahead of Print model are considered published and can be cited and quoted using the DOI as the reference source. Wolters Kluwer Medknow has a policy that changes will not be made after publication of an article without following accepted procedures for making corrections to the scientific record.

Advertisements

While advertisements are crucial to this journal to be able to keep all content free for everyone, ethical considerations are in place to ensure the integrity of the journal and its content:

  • "Pop-up" and "banner" ads appear on a random, rotating basis. The advertiser has no control or input over the pages where their ads appear.
  • The Editorial Board has full and final approval over the content of all advertisements.
  • Advertisers will never be shown any manuscripts or other content prior to publication.

  Scope of the journal

The journal encompasses clinical trials, research, therapeutics and education for all aspects of orthopedic disorders, including developmental bone diseases, endocrine bone diseases, infectious bone diseases, metabolic bone diseases, bone malalignment, bone neoplasms, bone resorption, osteochondrosis and spinal diseases.
